Caught in a Cycle of Inertia and Indecision

I am sorry that this depression has caused me to be caught in a cycle of inertia and indecision; in the process, I have hurt people without meaning to do so.

I feel so very sorry for having hurt A and D because of my poor choices, which were partly fueled by deep depression and anxiety.

I'm sorry to my grandmother for disappointing her after all the things she did for me.
