For Turning Her In

I'm so sorry that I turned your daughter in at our public school for living out of district. I know it is selfish, but I got sick of you dumping her off on me everyday, even though I told you several times that I couldn't keep her anymore. I reported her to the school, and now her whole life will change because of me. I know it will be easier for you, but she will be hugely effected. I feel guilty knowing that I may have changed the outcome of her life, because now she will be forced to give up the little niche she has carefully carved out for herself in exchange for having to start over in a new school. God, I feel so awful, but it's too late, the phone call has been made.
